When you reach the end of the corridor, open it and enter the Pediatrics Ward. Next, go to the surgery and either kill or sneak your way past the guards. Go through the door you come to and grab any supplies you need from the room on the other side. Make your way towards the West Ward, then go upstairs, making sure to check the dead for ammo and the new Assault Rifle weapon. Once you've killed the man in the room you're in right now, you can choose to either rampage or stealth your way through the rest of the Fireflies.
